Nominations for Officers to be Taken

Local 72-147 bylaws provide for triennial (every three years) nomination and election of officers and convention delegates.

Nominations will be taken for the following officers:

President (and delegate to the International Convention)
Vice President
Secretary-Treasurer (and delegate to the International Convention)
Executive Board Members – eight positions
Additional Delegate to the International Convention
Diversity Delegate to the International Convention

If a nominee is not present at the nominations meeting, a signed statement from the nominee must be presented at the time the nomination is made stating that the person will accept the nomination and serve if elected.
